Our CrossFit Program

Classes that include a skill-based warm-up, skill or stregth training, the Workout of the Day ( or "WOD" ), and mobility work. The workouts can always be scaled so that new athletes can workout alongside veteran athletes. We encourage all CrossFit athletes to record their workout times/scores and track their progress using WODify – our custom tracking program.

315 Endurance Program

If you are tired of your same old running routine, don’t have time for 8-hour workouts, or are interested in adding a strength and conditioning program to your training routine, than CrossFit Endurance is for you. The programming is structured, sport-specific, and integrated with CrossFit principles like gymnastic movements, explosive activity, and mobility-based support. Repetition is the enemy, and like CrossFit, the workouts are always varied.

315 Weightlifting Program

This is a ninety minute class that focuses primarily on instructing and improving technical execution of the snatch, clean and jerk and related lifts. Only Olympic and auxiliary lifts can be practiced at this time.

315 Mobility Program

Classes that include movement patterning, movement preparation, mobility strategies and yoga. Aimed at improving recovery and performance through creating stronger positions and efficient movement.

At Your Service

Dr. Ryan is the co-owner and head coach of CrossFit 315, and owner of Evolution of Wellness Chiropractic Center. In college Dr. Ryan studied Exercise Science and participated in the Athletic Training program, he was fortunate to log over 250 hours as a student athletic trainer on the side lines of Division I sports including football, soccer, and wrestling. CrossFit became a part of his life in 2010 while studying at Chiropractic College, he hasn’t looked back since. After eventually attaining his Level 1 Trainer certificate Dr. Ryan was fortunate to join CrossFit 315 as the resident Chiropractor and Coach on opening day in January 2012. In his practice and coaching Dr. Ryan focuses on developing the fundamentals of movement, recovery, and healthy nutrition. He has a special interest in the bio-mechanics of human movement and injury prevention and rehabilitation.

  • Brian is the co-owner and endurance coach of CrossFit 315. Brian found CrossFit in 2012.  Prior to this point, his professional life required a lot of travel, which lead to lots of bad food choices.   Having recently changed jobs Brian was looking for a way to get back into shape and develop a healthy lifestyle.  Having tried several other types of programs he gave CrossFit a try and hasn’t ever been in better shape! After gaining a true passion for fitness Brian decided to pursue his Level 1 Certification. Brian chose to do continue educating myself about CrossFit and help teach others, this lead to his current position at CrossFit 315.  After a short time, Brian had an itch to pursue endurance sports, specifically running. Brian has also earned certifications in CrossFit Endurance and the Pose Technique. He uses his knowledge of proper form and technique to help develop the ability other runners. Brain is excited to continue to his fitness journey with the coaches and members of CrossFit 315!

  • Kelly is a busy-busy working-mom with two young boys. When she and her husband Mark are not busy attending games, they are running the boys from basketball or football practice. In their “down” time, you will often find the family enjoying the outdoors, camping or hiking-they are currently working on completing the ADK Fire Tower Challenge. Throughout her life Kelly has been active- recreational sports at the local YMCA, kickboxing, P90x, insanity… even Zumba, she’s tried them all! CrossFit was a new and exciting way for Kelly to stay active- “there is always something new and challenging to accomplish, and never boring!” Kelly has been a part of the CrossFit 315 community for as long any of us can remember, we wouldn’t want it any other way!

    Griff has been an avid athlete, from high school to college he was consistently involved in athletics. As college came to a close and the “real world” set in Griff became less and less consistent with his exercise routine. Without the competitive comradery of sports his interest began to wane, as a result his pursuit of fitness suffered.Eventually with the encouragement of some co-workers he started P90x in his basement. After a few rounds of P90x Griff was ready for something new, and definitely sick of working out in his basement! Griff walked into CrossFit 315 in April of 2012, not knowing what he was in for. He immediately developed a routine and became a fixture in the early morning classes. About 18 months into his CrossFit career Griff attained his Level 1 Certification and began coaching shortly thereafter.

    Fitness has always been a component of Pat’s life- from organized sports to 5k fun runs, he has always been active. In high school his routine consisted largely of football for four months and a loosely structured off-season lifting “program”. Following high school Pat choose to serve his country and enlisted in the military, in preparation for boot camp, his training shifted almost exclusively to running, with little to no structure.It was not until Pat’s deployment to Afghanistan in 2012 that he realized a desire for something more. Pat needed more structure, more accountability, and most importantly more capacity to protect himself and his fellow soldiers. An old friend introduced Pat to CrossFit- “initially it was very different, it was intimidating to walk into a CrossFit ‘box’ for the first time.”. After that first 10-minute workout kicked his butt Pat was hooked, since then his approach to fitness has changed significantly. Pat thanks CrossFit for encouraging him to eat healthy, staying consistent and helping him to attain his highest level of fitness. Pat is eager to show others how CrossFit changed his life, and guide them on their personal journey with CrossFit!
